Safe Payment Handling

We only use secure and verified payment methods, including:

  • Bank transfers (LKR or USD)

  • Secure online card payments through trusted third-party providers

  • No credit/debit card details are stored by us directly

All invoices are clearly itemized, and receipts are issued for every payment.

Responsible Operations & Third-Party Accountability

We work only with licensed jeep drivers, government-approved Wilpattu bungalow services, and national park authorities. All experiences and safaris are arranged in compliance with Sri Lanka’s Department of Wildlife Conservation regulations.

In the event of cancellation due to government closures or unforeseen natural events, we will:

  • Reschedule your experience, or

  • Offer a refund or credit, based on services already paid and confirmed

We are transparent about where your money goes. Every booking directly supports local guides, conservation-driven jeep operators, and the surrounding community.
